formed by Thomas J. Palumbo as a means to expand his 42 years of experience in the
luxury & waterfront home
market from Westchester County in New York
State and Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County in Florida. He
is a licensed Real Estate broker in NY and Florida.
Tom's original focus was "Luxury Waterfront Properties" on Tortoise Island. Since then, the market area has expanded to include luxury properties in all of Brevard County Florida. This encompasses other waterfront communities, Lansing Island, Merritt Island, South Tropical Trail , beach front properties in Melbourne Beach and golf communities of Brevard County. Areas that the company markets in are: Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Melbourne Beach, Melbourne including the Suntree area of Melbourne, and the North & South Merritt Island areas.
